This privacy policy applies to the mobile application Strolly: Baby-Friendly Places (Android package com.bimbobuddymobileapp), published on Google Play and the Apple App Store by TelamiGroup, the developer and legal entity responsible for the app. You can contact us at telamigroup@gmail.com.

Welcome to Strolly ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Strolly mobile application.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address, display name, profile photo
• User Content: Reviews, ratings, photos, favorites, and listings you create
• Communication Data: Support requests and feedback you send us

Automatically Collected Information

• Location Data: We collect your precise location (with your permission) to show nearby baby-friendly places and provide location-based recommendations
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
• Search Queries: The questions you ask Strolly AI and the searches you run, so we can return results and show your conversation history. We do not use analytics software and do not track which screens you view or which buttons you tap.

Third-Party Data

• Google Places API: We use Google Places to provide venue information, addresses, and map data
• Anthropic (Claude): When you use Strolly AI, we send your question, your approximate location and city, and — if you have provided them — your child's age in months and nap times, so that recommendations can be tailored to your child. We do not send your name, email address or account identifier.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide Services: Show nearby places, provide AI recommendations, save favorites
• Personalization: Customize your experience based on your location and preferences
• Communication: Send you important updates about your account and subscription
• Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to improve app functionality
• Support: Respond to your questions and provide customer service
• Legal Compliance: Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only as follows:

Service Providers

• Supabase: Cloud database and authentication
• Google: Maps, places data, and location services
• Anthropic: Processes Strolly AI conversations. Receives your question text, approximate location, and any child age or nap schedule you have entered. Not used to train their models.
• Apple/Google: Payment processing for subscriptions

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.

Business Transfers

If we merge with or are acquired by another company, your information may be transferred.

Location Permissions

• When In Use: We only access location while you're using the app
• Control: You can disable location access in device settings anytime
• No Background Tracking: We do NOT track your location when the app is closed

Data Storage and Security

Where We Store Data

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers (AWS infrastructure) in the United States.

Data Retention

• Account Data: Stored while your account is active
• After Deletion: Account data deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Control

• View Your Data: Access your profile, reviews, and listings in the app
• Edit Your Data: Update your profile, delete reviews, or remove listings
• Delete Account: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data from within the app, under Profile → Account & Subscription → Delete Account. You can also request deletion at any time, without installing the app, by emailing telamigroup@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We delete your account, your posts, photos, favourites and saved trips within 30 days of the request. Subscription records required for tax and accounting purposes are retained where the law requires it.

Communication Preferences

• Email: Opt out of promotional emails (account-related emails still sent)
• Push Notifications: Disable in device settings

Children's Privacy

Strolly is intended for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.

Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps/Places: Google Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

Subscription and Payment

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play
• We do NOT store your payment information
• Store privacy policies apply to payment data

Subscription Information

• We store which subscription plan you have
• Subscription status and renewal dates
• This helps us provide access to the app

International Data Transfers

If you use Strolly outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and stored in the US. By using our app, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the new policy in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for major changes)

Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
