Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find baby-friendly places near me? Open the Map tab and allow location access. Strolly will show you nearby baby-friendly restaurants, cafรฉs, parks, and more. Tap any pin or card for details.
How do I add a location? On the Map screen, tap the + button to submit a baby-friendly location. Fill in the name, category, and amenities, then tap Submit.
What is the Community section? The Community tab lets you post tips, ask questions, and connect with other parents. Posts are organised into All Posts, Tips & Tricks, and Questions.
What's the difference between a Like and a Bookmark?
How do I delete my account? Email us at telamigroup@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Account" and we will remove your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
My location isn't showing correctly โ€” what should I do? Make sure location permissions are enabled for Strolly in your device Settings โ†’ Privacy โ†’ Location Services. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.
How do I manage my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there.
I found inappropriate content โ€” how do I report it? Tap the three-dot menu (โ‹ฎ) on any post and select Report Post. You can also email us directly with details of the content.
