Welcome to Strolly. By downloading or using the Strolly app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Strolly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Strolly is a mobile application that helps parents and caregivers discover baby-friendly places, share tips, ask questions, and connect with other parents. Features include:

• Baby-friendly location discovery on a map
• Community posts, tips, and Q&A
• Saved favourites and liked posts
• AI-powered search and recommendations

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at telamigroup@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post (posts, images, comments). By posting, you grant Strolly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the app. You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or harmful
• Violates any law or third-party rights
• Is abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Contains spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Strolly may offer premium features via subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape or harvest data from the app without our express permission

7. Disclaimers

Strolly provides location and community information on an "as is" basis. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted locations or posts, and we are not responsible for any decisions made based on information found in the app. Always use your own judgement when visiting a location with children.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strolly and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
